Alexis Acker-Halbur
Alexis Acker-Halbur has published four books and four e-books. She also published over a dozen magazine articles and poems in literary magazines. Her book, Never Give Up: Break the Connection Between Stress and Illness, won the 2018 Living Now Evergreen Gold Medal Book Award. She is a professional trauma expert helping survivors recover from dramatic personal experiences, find meaning, and live a healthy and purposeful life. Alexis is also a 2024 International Impact Book Award winner. Her book, The Bear: In the Middle of Between, was selected #1 in the Female Empowerment category.
