Hi! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

I use WordPress with GoDaddy as my hosting platform. They make creating a website understandable — but, I will admit — sometimes WP is overwhelming. Thanks.

You completed some nice points there. I did a search on the subject and found most folks will go along with with your blog.

Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You clearly know what youre talking about, why throw away your intelligence on just posting videos to your site when you could be giving us something informative to read?

Thanks for your feedback. I feel blogs and a video reach more people because some wellness readers like reading and some wellness readers like videos. I want to include everyone!

Thank you for your thoughts on my website. I do work on my website a lot. It’s time-consuming but I feel it’s important that I share this info. Sometimes my topics are disturbing, but unresolved trauma makes our minds, bodies, and spirits sick. See my book trailer under the “Welcome Home” menu for more info on the connection between stress and illness. Thanks for your comment. Alexis
